What’s Covered:
- The warranty covers tears in the external leather structure, straps, grab handles, or internal lining.
- It also includes hardware issues such as faulty zips, pullers, buckles, or press studs.
What’s Not Covered:
- The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, overloading, or accidental damage (including water damage—although Greenman Outdoor Wholesale products can withstand moisture, please avoid submerging them in the water!).
- Additionally, the natural aging process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches, and burnishing, is not covered by the warranty.
